Vuce Peru

VUCE Perú is the government's Single Window for Foreign Trade (Ventanilla Única de Comercio Exterior), operated through the domain vuce.gob.pe under Peru's Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (Mincetur). It serves as an online platform where importers, exporters, customs agents, and logistics operators can process trade-related permits, licenses, and certificates required by multiple government agencies in a single digital transaction. The system consolidates procedures that previously required separate visits to different ministries, such as health, agriculture, and environmental authorities, into one unified electronic workflow. Users can submit documentation, track application status, and receive approvals for sanitary certificates, import/export permits, and other regulatory clearances tied to international trade operations.
