April Lanier
VP of People Success
April Lanier is the VP of People Success at Cerby. She's a seasoned HR leader who thrives in high-growth tech and hospitality environments, with key roles at Wizeline and Roofstock. April's career began in fine dining, where she honed her skills in team leadership and operational excellence. She later leveraged this foundation to pivot into the technology sector, applying her deep understanding of people and service to build and scale people-centric operations, talent programs, and business partnerships that support rapid growth.
Arye Glikman
General Manager, EMEA
Arye Glikman is a seasoned technology leader with over 20 years of experience in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) and cybersecurity space. He has served as VP of Sales and CEO of three companies, building a proven track record that blends executive management with deep technical expertise.
Arye holds a degree in Computer Engineering and has recently completed management courses at MIT, focusing on change management, which further strengthens his ability to lead organizations through transformation and growth.
His unique experience combines hands-on technical knowledge with strategic leadership, enabling him to bridge the gap between technology and business. Throughout his career, Arye has guided companies in scaling operations, developing go-to-market strategies, and enhancing security and operational resilience.
Belsasar Lepe
Co-Founder & CEO
Belsasar (Bel) is co-founder and CEO of Cerby. He was previously the Head of Product at Impira, where he led the company's product life cycle, helping drive a 4x increase in revenue. Prior to his role at Impira, Bel was co-founder and CTO at Ooyala where he led a global product, design, and engineering team of 300+ Ooyalans spanning five countries and seven offices. Ooyala achieved two successful exits totaling over $440M. Bel began his career as an engineer at Google working on Enterprise Collaboration products and studied Computer Science at Stanford University. He is an active advisor and investor in start ups, with a specific focus in Latin America.
Ernie Tkac
Chief Revenue Officer
Ernie Tkac is Cerby's Chief Revenue Officer, where he drives enterprise adoption of the company's identity security automation platform. He is an accomplished enterprise Identity Security and go-to-market leader with over 20 years of experience driving revenue growth, scaling sales organizations, and accelerating adoption of cybersecurity and identity solutions across global enterprises. He has held senior leadership roles across Identity and Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity, and strategic sales at SailPoint, Centrify, SecureAuth, CA Technologies, and Netegrity, where he built high-performing teams and delivered measurable results through repeatable execution and partner-centric go-to-market strategies.
Ernie holds a Bachelor of Science from The Pennsylvania State University and is known for his strategic vision, customer focus, and ability to align sales, partners, and product teams for sustained growth.
Gabriela Arroyo
VP of Customer Delivery
Gabriela Arroyo Lopez is the VP of Customer Delivery at Cerby, which delivers the world’s first security platform for disconnected applications. Her priority is helping customers extract the maximum ROI from their Cerby investments while reducing the risk from unmanageable applications in their corporate environments.
Arroyo Lopez brings a unique background to her role: She’s spent the past 10 years building and managing high-performing customer service teams worldwide.
She’s acquired extensive experience building customer service offerings such as premium support, technical account management, managed services operations, and monitoring network operations centers. She’s been a customer experience evangelist building customer-centric cultures at entities such as Brightcove, Ooyala, and Tata Consultancy Services.

Manny Ataebi
Chief Marketing Officer
Manny Ataebi is Cerby's Chief Marketing Officer, overseeing all facets of marketing, including brand, product marketing, demand generation, and sales development. He most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer at Bettermode. Over the last 15+ years, he has scaled early to mid-stage B2B SaaS companies, with multiple acquisitions along the way. Previously, he led marketing at Demostack, Sonrai Security, Ghostery, Logicworks, and Stensul. Manny is also an active investor in early stage SaaS and GTM startups. He holds a double major in Business and Psychology, a foundation that shapes how he approaches brand storytelling and turning it into growth.
Matthew Chiodi
Chief Strategy Officer
Matt Chiodi brings over two decades of security leadership at industry leaders Palo Alto Networks, RedLock, Cognizant, Deloitte, and eBay to his role as Chief Trust Officer at Cerby. He has led world-class research including the Palo Alto Networks Unit 42 Cloud Threat team and served on boards of directors including Infragard, an FBI/private sector partnership for the protection of critical infrastructure. Chiodi also currently serves on faculty at IANS Research.
Matt Gibbs
VP of Engineering
Matt Gibbs is Vice President of Engineering at Cerby, where he leads the company’s product development. He previously held senior engineering leadership roles at Microsoft, GitHub, Snyk, and Docker, where he built and scaled high-performing global teams, modernized platforms, and delivered enterprise-scale solutions. Matt holds an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Washington and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Utah, and he has co-authored several technology books and holds nine software patents.
Matt McCawley
VP of Customer Experience, Business Development & Partnerships
Matt McCawley is Vice President of Customer Experience, Business Development & Partnerships at Cerby. He oversees Partnerships, Business Development, Professional Services, Customer Onboarding, and Customer Success, unifying these teams to deliver maximum customer value while building a robust partner ecosystem.
An expert at bridging enterprise scale with startup hustle, Matt brings nearly 20 years of experience leading strategic growth and digital transformation. He previously served as Managing Director at Wizeline, where he drove global consulting and go-to-market strategy, and was the co-founder and CEO of VDOMKR, a cloud-based video production platform. Earlier in his career, he led high-impact initiatives for Fortune 100 clients at Accenture including Verizon, Disney, Comcast, Meta and others. Matt is known for his commitment to building trusted, lasting relationships and his relentless focus on driving strategic outcomes for customers. He holds a BBA in Economics from Loyola University Maryland.
Miles Lavin
Chief Financial and Operating Officer
Miles Lavin is Cerby’s Chief Financial and Operating Officer (CFOO), leading the company’s financial strategy and day-to-day operations. He partners across product, go-to-market, and people teams to drive planning, execution, and capital efficiency. Previously VP of Strategic Finance at Crowdbotics, Miles oversaw all aspects of finance and business operations. Over his career, he has raised $300M+ in venture funding and held leadership roles at startups from seed to Series E, worked within Fortune 5 enterprise environments, and served as a top-tier strategy consultant.
Miles holds dual degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Political Science from Lehigh University.
Rick Weinberg
VP of Product
Rick Weinberg is Vice President of Product at Cerby, with over two decades of experience in cybersecurity and enterprise B2B software. He has held senior product leadership roles at SailPoint, IBM, and Camunda, where he led the development of category-defining identity and automation platforms.
Vidal González
Co-Founder and CTO
Vidal is co-founder and CTO of Cerby. He was previously CTO and co-founder of Wizeline, a company which successfully exited in 2021.
At Wizeline, Vidal was responsible for scaling the engineering organization to 500+ engineers to support Wizeline's global customer base. Before that, Vidal led the engineering organization at Ooyala, served as the lead product manager at Panacredit, and founded Inviko, a company that helps people close deals and earn money using their social networks. Vidal studied Computer Science at Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Occidente. A proud Tapatio (native Guadalajaran), Vidal is actively involved with CodeGDL and StartupGDL.
