VUCE - Antinarcóticos

VUCE - Antinarcóticos is a module within Colombia's Ventanilla Única de Comercio Exterior (VUCE), the government's single window platform for foreign trade procedures. It is operated under the Dirección de Antinarcóticos of the Colombian National Police in coordination with trade authorities to regulate the import, export, and handling of controlled chemical substances and precursors that can be diverted for illicit drug production. The platform serves companies, manufacturers, and traders that require authorization to move regulated chemicals across Colombian borders for legitimate industrial or commercial purposes. It allows users to submit applications, upload required documentation, and track the status of permits and quotas electronically rather than through in-person paperwork. The system centralizes control processes to help authorities monitor controlled substance flows while giving businesses a standardized channel to obtain the certifications needed for legal international trade.
