SOI Pagos Complementarios

This is the complementary payments function within SOI, a Colombian authorized information operator for social security contributions. Complementary payments cover corrections and additional amounts owed after an original PILA filing, such as adjustments for late affiliations, retroactive salary changes, or corrected contribution bases. Employers and independent workers use it to settle these differences without refiling the entire original planilla. The function connects to the same collection network SOI uses for standard filings, supporting electronic payment and assisted PIN-based payment at banks. Users are payroll administrators, accountants, and independent contributors reconciling prior-period contribution shortfalls under Colombian social security rules.
