SOI

SOI is a Colombian information operator, or operador de información, authorized to process social security and parafiscal contribution filings. Employers and independent workers use it to generate, settle, and pay the PILA form covering health, pension, occupational risk, compensation funds, severance, and SENA contributions. The platform offers both electronic self-service filing and an assisted planilla option for contributors without internet access or bank accounts. In the assisted model, the operator generates a PIN that the contributor uses to pay at bank windows or collection networks. Regulations direct the assisted option toward companies with fewer than three employees and independent workers earning below two minimum wages.
