SocialFlow was a social media publishing and optimization platform for publishers and media companies, now part of Piano and folded into its Amplifier product. The technology uses AI to analyze post content and audience behavior in order to determine when publishing will produce peak engagement. It provides multi-account management with user controls, workflow automation, and enterprise security features including two-factor authentication and single sign-on. Users are social media teams at media organizations managing many brands and pages, along with teams running branded or sponsored campaigns and subscriber acquisition programs. Piano reports the platform has processed over a trillion impressions and billions of consumer clicks across more than 10,000 social pages.
