SIVICE is a government platform operated by Peru's Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo) for the electronic registration and management of employment contracts involving foreign workers. It is designed for employers in Peru who hire foreign nationals and are required by labor law to formalize and report these hiring arrangements to the state.
