About Reservations UAT

This is a user acceptance testing environment for liveRES, an online booking and table management system for hospitality venues. liveRES was acquired by Zonal in 2015 and now operates as Zonal Bookings within Zonal's hospitality technology platform. The system handles online reservations, table management, deposits and pre-orders, and capacity planning for restaurants, pubs, and bars. A UAT environment lets operators and implementation teams validate configuration, booking rules, and integrations before changes reach live venues. Users are hospitality operations and IT staff testing setup rather than guests making real reservations.
