Renova Supervigilancia

RENOVA is an application operated by Colombia's Superintendencia de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada for renewing private security operating licenses. Private security and surveillance companies, including those authorized to operate with weapons, use it to submit renewal applications and supporting documentation. Renewal filings typically require a general company status report covering monitored posts, security personnel by service type, weapons inventory, vehicles, and communications and security equipment. The system is part of the regulator's effort to modernize and streamline licensing procedures, which are provided free of charge. Users are legal representatives and compliance staff at licensed Colombian security firms, with technical support available directly from the agency.
