Ozarks Electric Cooperative

Ozarks Electric Cooperative is a member-owned electric utility serving residential and business customers in northwest Arkansas and northeast Oklahoma. The SmartHub platform at ozarksecc.smarthub.coop provides an online and mobile portal for members to manage their electric accounts. Through this system, members can view and pay bills, monitor daily and hourly energy usage, and set up autopay or budget billing options. The platform also allows users to report outages, receive notifications about billing or service issues, and update account and contact information. It serves as the primary digital touchpoint for cooperative members to interact with their electric service provider without needing to call or visit a physical office.
