Grayscale is a text-based candidate engagement and hiring platform built for high-volume and hourly workforce recruiting. It gives recruiters two-way, one-to-one, and bulk SMS messaging alongside a hiring hub, automation, and interview scheduling tools. The platform integrates directly into applicant tracking systems including Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG Pro, ADP, and Paycom so texting happens inside existing workflows. It targets employers with distributed hiring teams and roles where email response rates are low, such as retail, food service, logistics, and healthcare support. Grayscale is now part of Paylocity, and its customers have included brands such as Dick's Sporting Goods, Chobani, DoorDash, and American Airlines.
