Cardio Server is a web-based ECG and diagnostic data management system originally developed by Epiphany Healthcare and now part of Baxter's cardiology portfolio. It receives, manages, stores, displays, prints, and exports diagnostic test results, forwarding finalized reports into electronic medical records. The system is vendor neutral, communicating with more than 260 devices from over 80 manufacturers and accepting roughly 25 modality types including ECG, stress testing, Holter, pulmonary function, and patient monitoring. Physicians can review and sign studies remotely through Cardio Server Mobile, reducing dependence on device-specific workstations. Founded in 2004, the company reported adoption by more than 1,000 hospitals worldwide for ECG management.
