Databricks

Databricks is a cloud-based data and AI platform built around the concept of the "lakehouse," which combines the scalability of data lakes with the management and performance features of data warehouses. It is used by data engineers, data scientists, analysts, and machine learning teams to store, process, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data. The platform is built on top of Apache Spark, which its founders originally created, and extends into tools like Delta Lake for reliable data storage and MLflow for managing machine learning workflows.
