DANE EMMET

EMMET is DANE's monthly manufacturing survey program, Encuesta Mensual Manufacturera con Enfoque Territorial, run by Colombia's national statistics department. The platform is the electronic form through which selected industrial establishments report monthly production, sales, employment, and wage data. The territorial focus means results are disaggregated by region, supporting subnational analysis of manufacturing activity. Users are administrative and finance staff at surveyed manufacturing establishments, along with DANE staff validating and processing the submissions. Output from the survey feeds official industrial production indices used in economic policy, planning, and national accounting.
