Colsubsidio

Colsubsidio is a Colombian compensation fund (caja de compensación familiar) based in Bogotá that provides welfare, healthcare, education, housing, and recreational services to affiliated workers and their families. It operates under Colombia's family compensation system, through which employers contribute a percentage of payroll to fund benefits for registered employees. The organization runs supermarkets, pharmacies, hotels, recreation centers, and educational institutions, giving affiliates access to subsidized goods and services. It also manages housing programs that help members access financing and construction for family homes, along with health insurance services through its EPS (health promoter entity) offerings. Colsubsidio serves both formal-sector employees and, through specific programs, independent workers and pensioners seeking access to family subsidy benefits and social welfare services in the Bogotá region and beyond.
