AlphaPipe is a digital platform for managing diligence and monitoring information in the alternative investment industry, now part of Stout. Its modules include AlphaPipe Diligence for digital DDQs, Research for structured manager and service provider data, Audit for digital audit confirmations, Library for reusable response content, and Credit for financing agreement covenant monitoring. Users span institutional investors, alternative investment managers, and service providers such as administrators and auditors. The platform supports standardized industry templates from bodies including AIMA, ILPA, and the SBAI, and claims material reductions in the overhead of recurring information-gathering cycles.
