Gabriela Arroyo joins Cerby as head of Customer Success
Today we're announcing that Gabriela Arroyo Lopez has joined the company as Head of Customer Success.
Who is Gabriela Arroyo?
Gabriela (Gaby) has spent the past decade building and managing high-performing customer service teams worldwide (in Mexico, UK, US, Australia, Singapore, Japan, and India). In her new role, she will focus on helping customers extract the maximum ROI from their Cerby investments while reducing the risk from unmanageable applications in their corporate environments.
Gaby brings a unique background to her new role: Throughout her career, she’s acquired extensive experience building customer service offerings such as premium support, technical account management, managed services operations, and monitoring network operations centers. She’s been a customer experience evangelist building customer-centric cultures at entities such as Brightcove, Ooyala, and Tata Consultancy Services. Along the way, she has implemented multiple channels, tools, and processes, with a strong focus on automation, low-effort customer experiences, and KPI tracking.
