Gabriela Arroyo Lopez is the Head of Customer Success at Cerby, which delivers the world’s first security platform for unmanageable applications. Her priority is helping customers extract the maximum ROI from their Cerby investments while reducing the risk from unmanageable applications in their corporate environments. Arroyo Lopez brings a unique background to her role: She’s spent the past 10 years building and managing high-performing customer service teams worldwide (in Mexico, UK, US, Australia, Singapore, Japan, and India). She’s acquired extensive experience building customer service offerings such as premium support, technical account management, managed services operations, and monitoring network operations centers. She’s been a customer experience evangelist building customer-centric cultures at entities such as Brightcove, Ooyala, and Tata Consultancy Services. Along the way, she has implemented multiple channels, tools, and processes, with a strong focus on automation, low-effort customer experiences, and KPI tracking.
